HOTEL RESERVATIONS Room reservations can be made by calling the Mt Hood Resort directly at 503-622-3101.Please identify yourself as part of 2023 PIA OR/ID Convention and Trade Show to receive the special conference rate of $179 for traditional guest room per night plus tax currently at 7.5% and a reduced resort fee of $25 per day. Resort fee includes wireless internet, access to spa and fitness center, coffee and other hot beverages in resort lobby, sporting equipment such as bikes, tennis rackets and balls, casual croquet and lawn bowling equipment, volleyballs, basketballs and badminton equipment. In addition there are board games, complementary newspaper, free parking and $20.00 off any spa treatment. Pet rooms are available for additional $50 fee. Rooms must be guaranteed to a credit card with 1 night deposit. Conference rates are available 3 days before and 3 days after the conference. Room cancellations must be made with the hotel at least 72 hrs in advance.
